Contaminated groundwater remediation

Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in section 2A by inserting after item 1599-2025 the following “Provided further that not less than $200,000 for completion of remediation of soil that is contaminated with trichloroethylene (CTE) city of Attleboro owned property at 53 Falmouth St and similarly contaminated groundwater under nearby residences";
