Massachusetts Transportation Trust Fund Transfer

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in section 2A by adding the following new item:

1595-6386. For an operating transfer to the Massachusetts Transportation Trust Fund, established pursuant to section 4 of chapter 6C of the General Laws for grants to municipalities for the construction, reconstruction, maintenance or improvement of municipal ways, as established in subsection (b); provided, that said grants shall be distributed in a manner consistent with chapter 90 of the General Laws.................................................. $50,000,000
