Mr. Kushmerek of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2022, by inserting after “Program” the following: ; provided further that that no less than $500,000 shall be expended to the NewVue Communities for the redevelopment of the former B.F. Brown School for the creation of a 68 unit affordable artist-preference apartment complex;” and in said item by striking out the figures “100,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “100,500,000”.
