Mr. Carey of Easthampton moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1599-2026, in line 85, by inserting after “assets;”, the following: “provided that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to CitySpace Easthampton for the renovation of Old Town Hall; and further”.
