Norwood Middle School HVAC System

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-3004, by inserting at the end thereof: "provided further, not less than $350,000 shall be expended to the Dr. Philip O. Coakley Middle School for the purpose of HVAC system improvements to support a healthy learning environment facing a high concentration of economically disadvantaged students and English Language Learners".
