Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1599-3004, in line 326, by inserting after “findings” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the replacement of the turf field carpet at the Arthur Kenney Field in the town of North Reading”
