Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2026, in line 97, by inserting after “funds” the following: provided further, that $600,000 shall be expended for Your Theater, Inc. to renovate the entertainment venue in the city of New Bedford
