Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2022, in line 53, by inserting after “loans” the following: provided further, that $2,000,000 shall be expended for the Community Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) to develop a mixed-use property of retail and affordable housing in the city of New Bedford
