Representatives Vargas of Haverhill, Campbell of Methuen, Minicucci of North Andover and Mirra of Georgetown move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-3004, in line 317, by inserting after "2022" the following: ";provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Haverhill Public Schools to purchase an electric school bus".
