Health Equity Institute

Representatives Cahill of Lynn and Decker of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2038, in line 270, after the word "health" the following:-"provided further, that not less than 5,000,000 shall be expended for the establishment of a health equity institute to be provided by a state primary care association qualified under section 330A(f)(1) of the Public Health Service Act, 42 U.S.C. section 254c(f).”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$150,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$155,000,000".
