Elizabeth "Mum Bett" Freeman Monument

Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2026, in line 97, by inserting after “funds” the following: provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the construction of a monument dedicated to Elizabeth “Mum Bett” Freeman in the Town of Sheffield.
