Mr. Galvin of Canton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 1599-2032, in line 177, by inserting after the words “Clean Water Trust” the following: “provided further, that $750,000 shall be expended for replacement of the Trout Brook Well in the town of Avon;”
