Mr. Galvin of Canton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 1599-2032, in line 177, by inserting after the words “Clean Water Trust” the following: “provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended for upgrades to the water treatment plant in the town of Avon;”
