Water and Sewer Infrastructure Projects

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2032, in line 177, by inserting after the words “water quality improvements under a program or programs” the following: “or expended as grants or loans”;  and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures:- “$125,000,000.”
