Glyphosate Commission Modifications

Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend the bill Section XXXX. Section 2 of Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2021 is hereby amended in item 2511-0100, in line 40, by striking out the words “December 31, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the words “April 30, 2022”; and in said item, in line 21, by striking out the figures “50,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “100,000”; and in said item, in line 49, by striking out the figures “9,226,466” and inserting in place thereof the figures “9,276,466”.
