Expanding Youth Employment Opportunities in Neighborhood Businesses

Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-2036, in line 211, by inserting after “pandemic” the following: "provided further not less than $300,000 of which shall be expended to employ youth residents of Boston Housing Authority developments in local small businesses and non-profits".
