988 Start-Up Costs

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2028, by adding the following:- “and provided further, that a portion of these funds shall be expended for technological and infrastructure investments for the launch and initial implementation of the 988 crisis response system”
