Greater Lawrence Sanitary District CSO mitigation

Representatives Minicucci of North Andover and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2032, in line 3, by inserting after “river” the following: "provided further that not less than $5,000,000 of which shall be expended to make improvements to the Greater Lawrence Sanitary District (GLSD) facilities to improve high flow treatment and mitigate CSO discharges."
