Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line 266, by inserting after the word “fellowships” the words “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Town of Stoneham for upgrades and repairs to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems at Old Central School.”: and in said item by striking out the figures “$265,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$265,200,000”
