Representatives Nguyen of Andover, Chan of Quincy, Howard of Lowell, Mom of Lowell, Robinson of Framingham, Schmid of Westport, Uyterhoeven of Somerville and Wong of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2027, in line 11, after the word “languages” the following: “; provided further, that funds may be expended to programs that provide training and support for financial literacy, healthcare access, housing assistance, childcare assistance, and transitional support into a new occupation”.
