Free-of-charge rapid antigen testing

Ms. Gouveia of Acton moves to amend the bill In Section 2A, in line 20, by inserting after the words “geographic equity; provided further,” the words “that not less than $25,000,000 shall be expended for the purchase of rapid antigen tests to be made available free-of-charge to residents of Massachusetts at community health centers, urgent care centers, and other non-profit organizations, and including a mail-home option”.
