Rapid antigen tests for small businesses

Ms. Gouveia of Acton moves to amend the bill In Section 2A, in line 20, by inserting after the words “geographic equity;” the words “provided further that not less than $10,000,000 shall be expended for the purchase of rapid antigen tests to be made available free-of-charge through the Small Business Administration to small businesses operating in and head-quartered in Massachusetts;”.
