Ensure funding for rapid antigen tests

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1599-0080, in line 14, and also in said item, in line 18, by inserting after the word “coronavirus” in each instance, the following: “rapid antigen”.
