Educational materials on rapid testing

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1599-0080, in line 19, by inserting after the word “facilities” the following: “provided further, that the department of public health shall include with such tests publicly available multilingual educational materials including, but not limited to, specific guidance on best practices regarding when and how to use them;"
