Amendment #18 to H4340

Temporary Extension of Vote by Mail and Early Voting

Ms. Ciccolo of Lexington moves to amend the bill by adding the following 5 sections:

"SECTION XXXX.  Subsection (a) of chapter 255 of the acts of 2020, as amended by section 51 of chapter 29 of the acts of 2021, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “December 15, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- July 15, 2022

SECTION XXXX.  Subsection (b) of said chapter 255, as amended by section 52 of said chapter 29, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “December 15, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- July 15, 2022

SECTION XXXX.  Subsection (c) of said chapter 255, as amended by section 53 of said chapter 29, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “December 15, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- July 15, 2022

SECTION XXXX.  Subsection (l) of said chapter 255, as amended by section 54 of said chapter 29, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “December 15, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- July 15, 2022

SECTION XXXX.  Subsection (n) of Section 55 of said chapter 29 is hereby further amended by striking out the words "December 15, 2021" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- July 15, 2022"
