Amendment #3 to H4340

Remote participation for town meetings

Mr. Driscoll of Milton moves to amend the bill by adding the following two sections:

"SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of section 7 of chapter 92 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “emergency” the following words:- or during a period ending on December 31, 2022, whichever period ends later,

SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of section 8 of said chapter 92 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “emergency” the following words:- or during a period ending on December 31, 2022, whichever period ends later,"
