Amendment #7 to H4340

Remote participation for public corporations and charitable and non-profit corporations

Ms. Blais of Sunderland moves to amend the bill by adding the following 2 sections:

“SECTION XX. Section 15 of chapter 53 of the acts of 2020, as amended by section 3 of chapter 20 of the acts of 2021, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “December 15, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- December 31, 2022.

SECTION YY. Section 16 of said chapter 53, as amended by section 5 of said chapter 20, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “December 15, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- December 31, 2022.”
