Clarifying requirements for high quality masks

Ms. Gouveia of Acton moves to amend the bill In Section 2A, in line 29 by striking out the words “provided, that said high-quality masks shall include, but not be limited to, N95s and KN95s;” and inserting in place thereof the words “provided, that said high-quality masks purchased for adult use shall be K95, KN95, or KF94, made out of, at least, 3-ply material with an electrostatic charge; provided that said high-quality masks purchased for child use shall be ASTM Level 3.”
