Amendment #22 to H4359

Proof of Vaccination

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Gifford of Wareham, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following Section:-

"SECTION XX. No voter shall be required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition for voting at any polling location in the Commonwealth in any municipal, state or federal election."
