Amendment #9 to H4359
Proof of Vaccination
Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill, as amended, by inserting the following section:
SECTION XX. No city or town shall require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition to enter a voting location or vote in-person in the commonwealth. No location, either public or private, in which in-person voting is allowed shall require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition to enter or as a condition to cast a ballot in a municipal, state, or federal election or town meeting.
The commonwealth and all of its agencies, authorities and political subdivisions shall not require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition for an individual registering to vote.
No city, town or other public or private facility in which an individual can register to vote shall require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition to enter.
