Mr. Ultrino of Malden moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill by deleting the words "2 members appointed by the governor;" in line 41 of Section 41, and inserting in place thereof the words "4 members appointed by the governor 2 of whom shall be direct care workers designated by SEIU Local 888 and the MNA;"
