Amendment #2 to H4441

Veterans' Home Council Nomination of Trustee

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in section 2, line 8, by inserting after the word “veterans.” the following:- “The veterans’ homes council, established in section 41 of this chapter, shall nominate at least 1 candidate to serve as a trustee.”

;and in section 2, line 18, by inserting after the word “therein.” the following:- “The veterans’ homes council, established in section 41 of this chapter, shall nominate at least 1 candidate to serve as a trustee.”
