Amendment #3 to H4441

Elevating the Secretary of Veterans' Services to Full Cabinet-level Status

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Gifford of Wareham, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by inserting the following new Section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 17A of chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding after the word “transportation” the following:- “, the secretary of veterans' services”."
