Creditable Service

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting after section _ the following new sections:

"SECTION X. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary Lisa M. Emma shall receive 3.2 years of creditable service under the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System to cover the period of full time employment from August 2006 to November 2006.

SECTION Y. SECTION X shall go into effect on June 30, 2022"
