Amendment #7 to H4461

Labor market study

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Gifford of Wareham, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following Section:-

"SECTION XX. The provisions of this Act shall not take effect until such time as the Department of Labor and Workforce Development completes a study on the distributional effects and other potential impacts such provisions may have on the state's labor workforce and submits a report on its findings to the clerks of the House and Senate and to the Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development."
