Amendment #8 to H4461

Disclosure of information to any Agency of the Commonwealth

Mr. Markey of Dartmouth moves to amend the bill in section 7, in line 66, by inserting after the word “general” the following words:

"Said regulations shall, at a minimum, require the registrar of motor vehicles to provide information on the holder of a Massachusetts license in response to a request from any Commonwealth agency pursuant to any civil or criminal investigation."
