Mr. Pease of Westfield moves to amend the bill by striking sections 12, 13, 14, 15 and, 16.

Summary: This amendment creates a ratepayer funded investment fund that provides for tax credits to offshore wind companies. This section would raise energy costs with little benefit to the ratepayers of the Commonwealth.
