Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 11, in line 195, by inserting after the word "year." the words not less than 2% should be expended by the Massachusettes department of marine fisheries to Massachuetts commercial fishermen for adverse effects

of offshore wind energy projects."
