Winthrop Middle School and economic re-development

Mr Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 1, in item 7004-0102, the following; "provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for surveying, engineering and consulting expenses for the former Town of Winthrop Middle School site redevelopment."
