Emergency sidewalk repairs

Mr Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0101, by inserting thereof the following; "provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the emergency repair of a sidewalk running along Grovers Avenue to Winthrop Shore Drive in the Town of Winthrop."
