Community engagement in 21st Century policing

Mr Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 1, in item 7004-9316, by inserting thereof the following; "provided further that not less than $50,000.00 the Town of Winthrop Police Department and not less than $50,000 for the City of Revere Police Department for community engagement activities and 21 century policing."
