Commission Administrative Update

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill SECTION XXXX.  The special legislative commission established in section 106 of chapter 227 of the acts of 2020, as amended by section 33 of chapter 22 of the acts of 2022, is hereby revived and continued to March 31, 2022. The special legislative commission shall file its report pursuant to said section 106 of said chapter 227 with the clerks of the house of representatives and the senate, the house and senate committees on ways and means, the joint committee on education and the joint committee on economic development and emerging technologies not later than March 31, 2022.
