Cannabis Accessories Tax Rate

Mr. Donahue of Worcester moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 52 the following section-:

Subsection (m) of Section 16 of Chapter 133 of the Acts of 2020 is hereby amended by inserting after the words "marijuana products" the following:- "and marijuana accessories"
