Amendment #9 to H4532

High Street Bridge Dam in the Town of Bridgewater

Mr. D'Emilia of Bridgewater moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2000-0101 the following item:

"2000-1014 For investments in climate change resiliency; provided that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended to remove the High Street Bridge Dam and replace the upstream bridge in the town of Bridgewater ……………………….. "$3,000,000".
