Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, in line 33, by inserting after “travel,” the following: “;provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended to the Becket Arts Center for the purposes of providing additional support for artistic and creative programming;”
