Residential Solar

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION 1: The first sentence of subsection (d) of section 6 of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “or one thousand dollars, whichever is lesser.”
