Project R.I.G.H.T. youth substance use and violence prevention

Ms. Malia of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, in line 2, by inserting after "services" the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Project RIGHT’s substance use and trauma prevention initiative in the Grove Hall area of Boston”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,250,000”.
