Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston Ms. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting at the end thereof the following: ;provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Fishing Partnership Support Services for behavioral and mental health initiatives in coastal communities,”
