Middleton PILOT Funding

Representatives Jones of North Reading and Kerans of Danvers moves to amend amendment 1021 by striking the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 22A, inserted by Consolidated Amendment “D”, the following section:-

SECTION 22B. Section 13 of chapter 58 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “16”, in line 74, the following words:- ; of all land comprising the North Shore regional 911 center and the Essex county correctional facility in the town of Middleton.
