Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4000-0700 by inserting after "years" the following: "And provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to Harbor Health Services, Inc. for the operation and equipping of dental clinics serving Plymouth, Dorchester and South Dennis."
